4、先把杏鲍菇切成丁,线椒切辣椒丁,小米辣切辣椒圈,大红椒切辣椒丁,蒜子斩成末。油温五成热,放入杏鲍菇炸干水分,捞出控油备用
5、锅中放入菜籽油,油温五成热放入蒜末爆香,再放入杏鲍菇丁、切好的几种辣椒丁,炒干水分
6、再放入200克甜面酱、3勺黄豆酱、粗辣椒面,搅拌均匀。出锅前再淋入少许生抽增鲜,搅匀就可以出锅了
