将胖头鱼去鳞,去内脏洗净剁成大段
将葱切段,姜切片
将葱姜加入胖头鱼中,用适量盐,料酒搅拌均匀后腌制15分钟
豆腐切3cm左右方块
锅内加油烧热,分次下入鱼块,炸至表面金黄色捞起备用

鱼头豆腐汤
一、食材
(1)原料:鱼头半个
(2)调料:姜、葱、蒜、料酒、酱油、豆腐一块、盐
二、做法
鱼头洗净,擦干,姜切片,蒜压下去皮
2.豆腐切块
3.大火,油烧热,鱼表面向下,先煎
4.一面煎完,翻过来也煎一下
5.加入开水,马上就是奶白色的汤
6.转移到砂锅,加入豆腐,姜、蒜、料酒,酱油,大火煮开
