进口酒类的英文名称仍使用其原文,国产酒类以其注册的英文为准,如果酒类本身没有英文名称的,则使用其中文名称的汉语拼音。
在市面上,我们经常会看到黄花胶、新西兰鳕鱼胶,两者有什么区别呢?
-鱼种不同:
黄花胶分为非洲黄花胶和东南亚黄花胶,非洲黄花胶由一种名为“尼罗河鲈鱼”的淡水鲈鱼的鱼鳔干制而成,而东南亚黄花胶是由东南亚附近海域的尖吻鲈鱼的鱼鳔干制而成。
而鳕鱼胶则主要是指由大西洋鳕鱼、格陵兰鳕鱼或太平洋鳕鱼的鱼鳔干制而成的。
-功效略有不同:
鳕鱼胶中含有大量的胶质、蛋白质、维生素和镁等微量元素,养血补血、祛湿,有助于预防心脑血管疾病;
而黄花胶通常是用来补充气血及缓解食欲不振等情况的,黄花胶含有丰富的胶原蛋白、维生素和氨基酸等物质,比较适合孕妇和小孩食用。
总的来说,黄花胶和鳕鱼胶都是滋补之物,只是功效略有差异,都可以定期食用,作为进补的食疗。

六.可数名词单复数使用原则
菜单中的可数名词基本使用复数,但在整道菜中只有一件或太细碎无法数清的用单数。

七.介词in和with在汤汁、配料中的用法
1.如主料是浸在汤汁或配料中时,使用in连接。
如:豉汁牛仔骨 Steamed Beef Ribs in Black Bean Sauce
2.如汤汁或蘸料和主料是分开的,或是后浇在主菜上的,则用with连接。
如:泡椒鸭丝 Shredded Duck with Pickled Peppers
八.酒类的译法原则
进口酒类的英文名称仍使用其原文,国产酒类以其注册的英文为准,如果酒类本身没有英文名称的,则使用其中文名称的汉语拼音。你说你喜欢雨,但是你在下雨的时候打伞

2、排骨放姜片料酒焯水,正常花胶有人会泡了再蒸,我一直很随意,纯粹就是泡发,怎么方便怎么来
3、然后就是一起下锅煮,我一般用电陶瓷锅,固定煮汤是5个小时,慢炖,炖出来肉烂汤浓,很好喝
4、最后出锅前下点盐和鸡粉就可以啦
