大家好,我是小秋,平时我们包饺子时特别容易剩下饺子皮,保存起来也比较费事。今天我就跟大家分享一下用饺子皮来做好吃的,外皮酥脆里面粘糯鲜香,比饺子,馅饼都好吃。


这是我昨天晚上泡的糯米,已经泡一宿了,米粒用手一碾就碎,捞出来控干水分,放到蒸锅里蒸熟,水开后计时,蒸20-25分钟就差不多熟透了。

现在来切一点自己喜欢吃的配菜,洗净的香菇先切片再切条,最后切成小香菇丁,胡萝卜去皮后也切丁,再切点黄瓜丁和圆葱丁,如果不喜欢吃黄瓜也可以放点青豆搭配好吃又好看。


锅里放油,把提前剁好的肉馅炒散,炒肉馅更好是热锅凉油直接放入肉馅,这样炒出来的肉馅特别松散,不会粘在一起成坨。


等肉馅炒至变色,颜色发白时,加一点盐,生抽,老抽,蚝油,胡椒粉调味,再把配菜倒里翻炒均匀,蒸好的糯米饭也倒里炒匀就可以出锅了。


这个饺子皮还是前两包饺子剩下的呢,取一张在上面刷一点油,然后再拿一张饺子皮放在上面叠在一起,再抹一点油,重复这个操作,多放几张饺子皮,然后把饺子皮的边缘用手捏薄一些,这样可以防止再擀的过程中薄厚不一。


擀成直径大约15厘米左右的面饼就可以了,然后把饺子皮一张一张的揭开,中间放上提前炒好的糯米馅,再像我这样包起来,尽量小心点别把饺子皮弄破了。


电饼铛刷油,把包好的糯米卷摆在里面,上面也要刷油的,这样表皮才能更酥脆好吃,盖上盖子煎2分钟,翻面再烙一分钟,糯米卷的表面金黄酥脆时就可以出锅了。

今天天气有点凉,秋天是真的到来了啊。现在换季,真是流感最厉害的时候,尤其是小孩得肺炎和支气管炎的很多,大家一定要注意保暖,多喝热水。

不知道是不是中国人特有的一种习惯,一到节假日家里就要吃饺子,团圆的时候也要吃饺子。今天天气有点凉,家里人都在,我婆婆就从超市里买了5块钱的饺子皮,我俩一起包了芹菜猪肉和玉米虾仁的饺子来吃。饺子皮太多没用完,还剩了大概20张左右,就想着冰箱里还放着昨晚没吃完的大米饭,今天就用饺子皮和大米饭做个新鲜的搭配,不过可不是吃大米馅的饺子哦...

1.准备一个干净的盘子抹油,然后把饺子皮一张张摞上去,每放一张饺子皮都要薄薄的刷一层油,盖上保鲜膜密封饧上10分钟左右。

让油充分的去浸润饺子皮,这样饺子皮的延展性会变得特别好。

2、我们再来准备一些配菜。我这里切了胡萝卜和黄瓜,如果你喜欢其他的都是可以换的。切好之后转盘备用。

3、锅内油烧热加葱花炒出香味。

4、然后下胡萝卜丁过一下油,胡萝卜过下油它的营养价值才能被人体吸收。

5、之后加入大米饭。翻炒均匀。这个米饭更好不要蒸的太黏,颗粒分明的那种是更好的。

6、大米饭炒匀之后就可以加生抽调味,老抽上色。

7、多翻炒一会,把米饭炒香。

8、最后快出锅的时候加上黄瓜丁,翻炒一分钟左右就可以出锅了。

9、盛出,晾凉。

10、饺子皮饧好之后,用擀面杖擀开擀大,正反两面都要擀,这样两面才擀的均匀。

11、擀好之后上锅,大火烧开后蒸6分钟左右就可以了。蒸好之后凉晾取出来,现在就可以一张张撕开了,看看是不是特别特别的薄。比纸都要薄...

12、再饺子皮上放上适量的大米馅,然后包起来。

13、都做好之后电饼铛刷油预热,下胚子。

14、烙至两面金黄就可以了。
