用料- 鸡蛋 两个
- 韭菜 一小把
- 盐 适量
- 生抽 一小勺
- 油 适量
- 葱花 适量
1、韭菜一把摘洗干净控干水分。
2、把韭菜切成你喜欢的中段,按照根,叶顺序放好。
3、两个鸡蛋打入碗中准备好。
4、鸡蛋打散,注意尽量均匀哦!
5、锅内先加少许油,烧至六七成热,把打散的鸡蛋倒入锅中,把鸡蛋炒好盛出备用。
6、锅内重新加一点油,待油温升高加入一点葱花,生抽爆锅。
7、先把韭菜的根部放入锅中翻炒。
8、接着把靠近根部与叶子之间的这部分韭菜放入锅中。
9、大火翻炒几下,这两部分韭菜比较耐火,怕锅内太干可以少滴一点水。
10、接下来把韭菜叶子放入锅中,同时撒上适合你家口味的盐量。
11、翻炒的同时我滴了一点水。
12、把炒好鸡蛋放入锅中,大火翻炒,三二分钟,韭菜成熟马上装盘,美味的韭菜炒鸡蛋出锅喽!
