葱香黄焖鸡#跟着视频学做菜鸡香无比。
鸡肉里最简单又好吃的做法,不加一滴水的葱油焖鸡,像我这样焖出来的鸡肉鲜嫩入味。
·碗中加入葱、姜、老抽、生抽、耗油、白糖,抓匀腌制个15分钟。
·油热下姜丝,多一点葱花炒出葱油,再给它捞出来。
·然后放入腌好的鸡块,将鸡腿炒至微微焦黄,将鸡腿炒熟。
·再倒入剩余的腌料汁,小火焖煮个15分钟就可以开吃啦。

黄焖鸡可是火遍大街小巷的美食,还记得曾经是一夜之间就火了。一小份黄焖鸡,一份米饭一碗汤就能吃一顿丰盛的美食,有菜有肉,价格还实惠,难怪这么受人欢迎。今天小易就来分享黄焖鸡的家常做法,毕竟自己做的才卫生更健康。
所需食材:
三黄鸡半只、土豆、青椒、红椒、生姜、大蒜、大葱、桂皮、八角、干香菇、花雕酒、生抽酱油、蚝油、老抽、玉米淀粉、食用油、甜面酱、黄豆酱、黄酒、食用油、味极鲜酱油、食用盐、白糖、香油
*** 步骤:
之一步:土豆清洗干净后去皮,再切成滚刀块,浸泡至清水中,洗去表面的土豆淀粉。
第二步:青红椒切成小块;生姜、大蒜、大葱切成片;再准一小块桂皮,一个八角用手掰散。
第三步:适量香菇提前用温水泡开,然后把香菇捞出来,切成稍微大一点的条。
第四步:把鸡肉清洗干净并剁成大块,接着加入清水多清洗几遍,洗去里面的血水,洗好后捞起来挤干水分备用。
第五步:往鸡肉中加入多一点的料酒,再加入适量生抽酱油、蚝油、老抽,下手抓拌均匀后腌制10分钟,以便鸡肉充分入味;最后加入少许的玉米淀粉,并再次下手搅拌均匀。
第六步:把锅先充分烧热,加入一勺油滑锅,油热之后再倒出去,然后再加入一勺冷油,待油热之后下入鸡块;煸炒之后再加入葱、姜、蒜、八角、桂皮,一起炒出香味;接着按照1:1 的比例,加入甜面酱和黄豆酱,用勺子煸炒均匀,炒出酱香味。
第七步:往锅中加入足量花雕酒,再把泡香菇的水也加入锅中;接着加入少许味极鲜酱油,并下入准备好的香菇和土豆块,用勺子翻炒均匀;然后开大火烧开,再盖上锅盖,焖煮12分钟。
第八步:鸡肉和土豆都被焖熟后开盖,调味少许盐和白糖,并用勺子搅拌均匀,此时的汤汁已经很粘稠了。
第九步:把准备好的青红椒块下入锅中,用勺子翻动,待青红椒块煮熟后再淋入少许香油,即可出锅装入大碗中,美味即成。

1. 泡香菇的水不要倒,是天然的提鲜汤汁。
2. 这道菜最关键的就是焖,请尽量选择大一点的砂锅,这样做出来的鸡肉更嫩。
